Within the Netherlands
For orders within the Netherlands, the following applies: orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays are generally delivered the next business day. If different delivery times apply, they will be listed with the products. Below you'll find more information about delivery times per country.

What is a tracking number?
A tracking number is a unique code, provided by PostNL or DHL, that allows you to track your order online. This allows you to see where your package is and when delivery is expected.

I received the wrong item. What now?
This is frustrating and certainly not what we want. Please contact our customer service. Please have your order number ready for quick processing. You can return the incorrect product free of charge, and we'll make sure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

Can I choose which day my order will be delivered?
Yes, you can select a delivery date during checkout. We'll do our best to deliver on your desired date.

Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we also ship internationally. The tables below list the shipping methods, costs, and delivery times for each country.

Shipping costs for orders to Belgium and Germany are as follows:

Belgium : For orders up to €75, the shipping fee is €11.95. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Germany : For orders up to €75, the shipping fee is €11.95. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge. Delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

Who will deliver my order?
We work with PostNL. As soon as your package has been handed over to PostNL, you'll receive a tracking number. If you're not home, PostNL will try to deliver the package to your neighbor.

I can't find my order via Track & Trace. What should I do?
This could have two causes:

  1. The tracking number isn't active yet. Please try again later.
  2. An incorrect postal code and address combination was entered. Please contact customer service.

I didn't receive an email with a tracking number. What now?
Check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, please contact our customer service.

My order has shipped, but I haven't received it yet. What now?
First, check the location of your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation. If this doesn't clarify the issue and the expected delivery time has passed by more than 4 business days, please contact our customer service.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs and delivery services for orders vary by country and order value:

Netherlands : For orders up to €75, the shipping fee is €6.25. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge. Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

Belgium : For orders up to €75, the shipping fee is €11.95. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

Germany : For orders up to €75, the shipping fee is €11.95. Orders over €75 are shipped free of charge. Delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

For all orders over €75, shipping is free, regardless of the country.

Can I have an order delivered to my work address?

Yes, that's possible, as long as you don't pay by credit card. The billing and shipping addresses must be the same.

I didn't receive all the items in my order. What now?
Check the packing slip:

  • Do the quantities match the contents? Then there is a backorder.
  • Are the numbers incorrect? Please contact our customer service.

What to do in case of incorrect processing of the delivery?
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact our customer service via live chat or email. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

When can I cancel a purchase?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

How can I return an item?

  • Make sure the products are unopened and packaged in good condition.
