COCOCHOCO Hair BTX 100ml

Hair BTX fills in the damaged areas inside the hair shaft. This is not a straightening treatment but a deep repair cure: fuller, stronger and shinier hair, without changing your natural curl.

How to use:

  1. Wash the hair thoroughly with the deep cleansing shampoo — leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse out.
  2. Towel-dry and lightly blow-dry until the hair is about 60–70% dry.
  3. Apply the treatment with a silicone brush, strand by strand, 1–1.5 cm away from the roots.
  4. Leave on for 20–30 minutes, depending on the condition and degree of damage of the hair.
  5. Blow-dry the hair completely with warm air and comb it through.
  6. Finish with a flat iron between 190 and 220 °C, taking strands 1–1.5 cm thick at a 90° angle to the scalp. More damaged hair needs a lower setting.
  7. After 24 hours, wash out any residue with sulphate-free shampoo.

How long does it last? 3 to 4 months on average. With sulphate-free aftercare, up to 6.

Does it work on coloured hair? Yes - colour first, keratin after. For dyeing you can go almost straight after; for bleaching, wait a week. The treatment actually seals in your colour, so it lasts longer.

Can I do this myself at home? Yes, with a hairdryer and a ceramic straightener that reaches 230 degrees. Allow about two hours the first time.

Prepare

Wash twice with the clarifying shampoo, without conditioner. That opens the hair cuticle so the keratin can bond.

02
Treat

Apply in thin sections, leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, blow-dry and straighten with a ceramic straightener at 200 to 230 degrees.

03
Maintain

Do not wash for 72 hours. After that wash sulfate-free only, otherwise the keratin rinses out.
